4 The owner replaced the fridge since our last stay 2 years ago, which was needed. I feel that the residence owner needs to address two or three concerns. The main grievance that I have with the assets would be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of these really need to be replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area area on the rear deck) is extremely tricky to open.
They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, plus the location was awesome, however it's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as have been the doors, the trim, much on the household furniture, and many others.
